Highly Recommend!

Really great experience with our white full over full bunk bed purchase. Arrived on time and took 2 adults about 90 minutes to set up. Good quality, very sturdy, and already getting lots of use in a weekend home with adults on both top and bottom bunks. Just ordered some more Plank & Beam furniture as a result of the good experience and impressive solid wood quality. Highly recommend Plank & Beam.

Very wobbly and not sturdy. Also, I bought because it was greenguard certified for low VOC but it was DEFINITELY not low VOC. We let it air out for a week, but it still smelled when we put it together. Over a month later it still smells. Returning.

Beautiful and sturdy but...

Now that it is all together the bed is fabulous. Good looking and sturdy. Putting it together was a nightmare for me because there was only one type of instructions, visual. I prefer text or oral. A pair of the instructional stickers were on backwards as well. But three cheers for neurodiversity, a friend who needs only to organize and look at the parts themselves finished it up for me. She actually enjoyed it.

Exactly as advertised

My kids really enjoy the bed. Nice and solid construction. Instructions were fairly easy and simple to understand. Assembly wasn't hard, my daughter and I put it together in about 2.5 hrs. The look of the bed was exactly as shown in the pictures. Would of given a 5 star review but some of the frame had some dents, most likely from shipping.

Wonderful bed

We bought this for our 10 year old granddaughter. We were skeptical of finding a nice and sturdy bed for a child this old and especially knowing sleepovers would be happening soon! After searching on line for several weeks I found Plank Beam. I couldn’t believe the price for what appeared to be a substantial and well made bed. In addition I was super impressed to learn it was made in South Carolina USA. All these factors combined with an excellent price just sounded too good to be true. The bed shipped fast via Fed Ex. The shipping communication was excellent. My husband put it together easily (a couple hours). He said it was very well made. She loves the bed! It is very pretty and very nice. I would highly recommend.

We purchased two of this style in Pecan. They are truly excellent. Solid wood, sturdy, easy to put together, great price and gorgeous. The ladder makes it easy to get in and out of the top bunk. Very happy with our purchase!

Very sturdy and simple to put together. Took some time so expect a few hours if you are alone. We bought these for my college-aged daughter to come home during the holidays and share with her brother while we converted her room to our 2nd guest room.
