About the Author
Dr Anne Gregory is a professor of corporate communication and leading international academic. She is based in the School of Business and Law at the University of Huddersfield, and previously spent many years in public relations practice. She remains a consultant and an advisor at board level to several large organizations.
Mandy Pearse is an award-winning PR consultant, speaker, researcher and trainer. She works in her own practice and as an LGA associate. Based in Devon, UK, she provides a wide range of training courses of the CIPR, RTPI and many other clients.
