Unfortunately…

Most everything about the case is well done. Except, one little plastic strap piece that broke from a very light tug. The plastic on this should break from forces less than or equal to the regular day to day carrying, etc. but that’s what happened. I wrote to turtle beach asking for some help with this, sent a photo and everything, but I’ve not gotten a response yet (3 days later). Alas, I must give turtle beach and this bag only one star. And I’ll try to repair a brand new case myself.

Perfect case

This case offers the best of both worlds—you can carry just the handheld portion or the entire system with all accessories. The molded cutouts keep everything secure and organized. It’s a beautiful, high-quality case. When a buckle broke on my first one (likely due to cold weather), customer service immediately sent a replacement with zero hassle—just one simple email.

Great Case

Perfect and solid case to protect the Switch 2. Best product for the money compared to other brands. Switch 2 case is very secure to the main case with the buckle

Great piece of gear.

The inside of the bottom could be a little more spacey to fit hdmi and everything else in there also the top slim case should connect to the base through a magnetic locking mechanism instead of Velcro. It’s classier and also easier on the ears and less effort while still holding the cases together. But I love it otherwise

Top Cover Very Hard to Close!

I want very much to like this more but I cannot get past the poor design of The zipper and the hard corners of the top opening, it is almost impossible to zip it shut. It really comes across as an oversight for a product that I would otherwise give a higher rating. Can I return this now?
