The ring requires 8 bolts and 8 nuts to assemble it. You receive a blister pak with 12 bolts and 1 nut. Its not a miscount, its designed to give you 1 nut. When it arrived all 4 sections were showing rust at the corners. The metal is thinner than I expected.
