Our Steel Raised Bed Corner Brackets make it easy to build raised beds using your own lumber. You design the beds to whatever dimensions you want, with easy assembly thanks to pre-drilled holes and included screws. Galvanized, black powder-coated steel resists corrosion. Use with 2" x 6" to 2" x 12" lumber.

Q: How does this item fit lumber from 6" high to 12" high? How tall is the bracket?

A: Thank you for your question. These are 10.5" in height that would be strong enough for a 12" board. On a 6" the bottom of the bracket will act as a corner stake. ~ Plow & Hearth

I don't know why good brands produce decent products and them provide crumy hardware for it. these brackets are sturdy and versatile and I will definitely order more. I will be using different screws though as these easily strip and they only provide enough for 4 per side of each bracket which is a little skimpy.

I love them! Lumber store cut the boards to my specs and my garden was ready in an hour! Sturdy and very easy to assemble.

For our needs, the tickness of the steel didn't seem sufficient to hold the boards together. We have a 4' by 10' raised bed that is two 12" boards high. We made a mistake before filling the bed with soil/compost by not putting in a 4"by 4" piece in the inside of each corner to which the boards could be bolted. For this reason the boards are under too much pressure, even for these brackets to withstand. Try not to make the same mistake we did!

Easy way to make a raised garden .l got the plain corners and used wood I had. Love it. Do they have straight brackets instead of corners to make a straight raised border?

I am absolutely thrilled with these raised bed brackets. They are tall enough for two stacked 2" x 6" boards, seem very stable, and are attractive to boot. I am glad I bought two sets, as I am planning an herb garden in another part of the yard. What makes these even better than other choices out there is that you actually get 4 corners in a set - lots of other brackets come in sets of 2, so you have to order 2 sets just to make one bed.

I was putting 2x12 treated lumber together to make some raised garden beds. These seemed to be the best choice for me because they fit the 12 " width close enough, were metal vs. the alternative plastic I saw on the web and, were on the low end of price (again vs. the choices on the web).
