Learned I Have Poor Muscle Tone
This product was interesting. It took me a second to figure out how to turn on both components at the same time, but it's not bad. The dual charging cable is interesting. Overall, I'm glad I got this product. I've known that I have low muscle tone down there, but I didn't realize how low. I struggled to complete one full set, so it's nice to have a clear goal in mind.

Disappointed
I bought this some time ago and have never been able to get it to work properly. I’ve been in pelvic floor physical therapy for a couple months and brought it to my appointment. My PT couldn’t get it to register either, even though she could see that it was inserted properly and my body was responding. When we squeezed with our hands it would register but would not when inserted vaginally. I was hopeful this would be an alternative to the more expensive options since my dysfunction is not severe.

Uneffective
If you want this as a trainer, this probably isn’t a great option. The remote is supposed to light up as you are doing the Kegels so you can SEE your progress. Unfortunately, if the remote gets more than about 6 inches from the insert, it loses connection. Therefore, you’d have to contort yourself A LOT to see if it’s going well. In addition, not only does the charge not last long, it tends to *try* to go all the way inside which feels like an ER trip in the making.

Disappointed
Quite disappointed with this. Had issues with it working and charging. I believe it needs to be bigger in size because as much as I worked on my kegels the device did not register it. Of course when you squeeze in your hand to check it, it read it fine but once placed in position it did not work at all with signaling the strength of each kegel. Really sad because I was so looking forward to using this product, now it just sits in a drawer.

It's okay
I'm 5ft 3in and weigh 140lbs. I felt the item was a little small, and the vibration was too soft, even on the highest setting. However, at the end of the day, it still helps with kegel exercises. I love the discreet bag you store it in.

Great Training Device
I bought this a while ago because it was an affordable trainer. It's been very helpful. I wish I had found it sooner after having four kids!!!!!!

PERFECT
This little guy is beyond perfect! I absolutely love the fact the lights indicate not only your progress, it also tells you if you're doing it right. The different vibration settings are definitely a plus! That in itself, makes me more eager to do the exercises more often.The stronger my kegel gets, the more intense the vibration feels. I also love that its discreet. I can pop it in anywhere and it helps relieve stress in the process. There is one con...I can use the device 1 time for about 5 min and the battery dies. The first couple times I thought I didnt push the button hard enough to turn it off. It turns out that I bought a defective unit. I will be purchasing another one. Overall, a MUST HAVE for EVERY woman.

Great multi use tool, great design also.

First time trying a kegel trainer, decent find
I liked it overall but thought it was a little too sensitive at times - for example the lights would go up even when not being fully in practice. Overall a good find.

I bought this product for my wife then I realized how much she liked it. She would brag about how strong she can clench so then it became a challenge with our butts. I didn’t think I would like it at all but I do. It is a great product for the both of us. Btw I won the butt clench challenge.
