If I could rate it lower I would. Did not turn on at all even after HOURS of charging. Can’t be returned either obviously so waste of money 👍

White dust??

Good but unreliable, not waterproof
It’s really good but not reliable. Whenever I wash it, there’s a chance that it’ll never turn back on again. I’m on my second purchase and it’s broken again. Why is it advertised as waterproof when a little water destroys the entire thing?

I purchased this product and I’m not even 2 weeks it won’t turn on. It will charge but just quit working! I’m extremely upset with my purchase and very nervous to buy another.

Terrible.
Bought it a couple weeks ago and loved it, but after maybe 5 uses, now it doesn’t charge fully. It’ll say it’s charging, for hours, but it lasts maybe a total of 10 seconds before shutting off.

Love this thing, but the silicone separates from the core about 4 months after purchase and rattles. I’ve had to replace it 3 times now.
