Q: It shows DR and JT packs but I'm getting reports of those not being what comes in the boxes. Can anyone confirm?
A: I can confirm that’s probably not what’s gonna be in the box lol. It’s gonna be surging sparks and twilight masquerade facepalm
submitted byPokedashing - 2 months agoA: That correct masqurade and surging sparks are the packs
submitted byTtj - 2 months agoA: It does not have DR and JT. The one I got in store had 2 Surging and 1 twilight. I couldn't make out the last pack in the back.
submitted bycarly - 2 months agoA: No, a company is generally not absolved of false advertising by including a hidden or small-print description that contradicts a misleading product picture. U.S. laws, like the Lanham Act, prohibit advertisements that are misleading, even if technically true, and consider the overall impression created by the ad, including imagery. If the picture is designed to deceive or is a material misrepresentation, and a significant portion of the audience is likely to be influenced by the misleading picture, it can be considered false advertising. Why a hidden description does not excuse misleading pictures Overriding impression: Courts look at the overall impression of an advertisement, not just specific wording. A deceptive picture can create a false impression that isn't fully corrected by a disclaimer hidden in the fine print. Material deception: A discrepancy between the image and the actual product is considered "material" if it's likely to influence a consumer's purchasing decision. Inherent deception: It is against the law to show an image of a product that isn't the actual product or a product that is the same as the one being sold. Prohibition of misleading statements: The law prohibits any false or misleading description or representation in advertising that misrepresents the nature, characteristics, or qualities of a product. What constitutes false advertising Misleading imagery: Ads that show a product made with different materials than the actual product being sold. Deceptive omissions: Failing to reveal facts that are material to the consequences of using the product, such as a weight loss product picture that omits the need for diet and exercise.
submitted byWhySoOP - 2 months agoA: Report it to the FTC
submitted byDman - 2 months agoA: We should file a complaint with the federal trade commission. It only takes 5 minutes and only a small amount of complaints will be able to trigger an investigation.
submitted byDman - 2 months agoA: Yes it sucks, came with twilight and surging sparks
