Very frustrating and stingy return process for a simple $30 mistake
One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in comparison with the big retailers. This is compounded with the added fact that all my friends and family, when they have gotten an error sent to them (in my case they sent me the wrong product), they all got refunded and got to keep the product every time. I couldn’t drop it at a nearby Target and I had to go to the far away USPS to return a $30 item. Really, for $30 I have to do so much work and was only given an unreasonable time to complete this (one week). I’m busy and can’t change my schedule to meet the time frame for an error I didn’t make. And they were really stingy about $30. I contacted them and they took such a long time to collect all the info. They requested the slip of my order, which a reasonable person would not have kept. And the funniest thing is I had video proof, but they did not have the option to add an Imgur link or attach a video. Funny enough, I think I’m going to hold off for a few months on buying from Target (funny they saved $30 to lose out on me buying in the future), and this is just because of this frustrating experience. Im Gay and this Set is GREAT!
Destined Rivals has been one of the best recent sets in my opinion! So happy they actually stock it still. With hits like Team Rocket's Mewtwo & that hella coolbahls Rapidash; honestly I wish they'd stop putting out crabapple new sets and put their focus back into more material for DRi! It'll drive down prices and everyone will get the chance to pick it up!
