Any replacement parts??
I really like this chair but the cross bars on both chairs have cracked! Is there any replacement parts I can buy?

Difficult to assemble and uncomfortable to sit in
Directions were printed at a ridiculously small size and needed a magnifying glass to read them. Says tools needed for assembly are provided but we required a drill to complete the project as the "pre-drilled holes" were not drilled all the way through. The X shape in the back is not at all comfortable. Looks attractive from a distance and is heavy enough to not be easily blown over on a windy day.

Fine, but too expensive for how poorly its manufactured
great concept. heavy duty molded plastic which, in the pacific northwest, is a must. looks and feels as advertised but assembly was a nightmare because of poor manufacturing. We're quite handy, but poorly lined up joints required us filing off plastic excess, clamping joints shut before using the screws to put everything together. The material is perfect in the PNW if you don't want to refinish wood furniture every year. We got it together and it's good but the manufacturing was shoddy and FAR more complicated than we were led to believe. Given the cost of the chairs this is unacceptable and I cannot recommend them.
