Quality Product
It is a quality pomegranate supplement high in ellagic acid that is reasonably priced. Overall it is a good product and is recommended for general consumption.

Effective for lipid control
I can’t take statins because of joint pain. I started using pomegranate extract several years ago and it worked as well as simvestatin without side effects. I take it 3 times daily and my lipids have stayed normal when my doc checks my lipids annually. Much less expensive than statins.

Along with the product: "Dim-Plus," Source Naturals Pomegranate Extract is a must in a man's diet after the age of 60.....Since I can not make any medical claims on this review, I would advise doing a "Google" search on these two products' health benefits, which you will be very happy to learn...
