Love the look of this! It does have a few scratches but nothing crazy for the wear and tear

I received this item in the mail 3 weeks ago and I’m already considering retiring it due to the amount of scratches it has shown in such a short amount of time. Within 2 days, there was a big scratch across the upper portion of the sun. I figured it might’ve arrived that way and I just missed it. Now, however, it’s apparent that the gold coloring just does not hold up. I’m not hard on my phone. In normal use for 3 weeks, the gold has scratched around the rim, the moon face, and across a good portion of the sun. It looks awful now. It’s such a beautiful design and I’m so bummed that it just absolutely didn’t hold up, especially for the price.

It’s absolutely beautiful and HEAVY but the gold magsafe one didn’t even last a week before the rubber part began tearing apart from the magnetic part. Pop sockets used to last and used to be more durable. The quality of the rubber on the tops has decreased significantly.

I love the sun and moon and I’ve been on the hunt for something to help hold my phone, I found this and immediately had to get it! The magnet is so strong too.

I got the gold. And it peeled in the center after like a week. The mag is strong but the quality of the actual pop socket is wack

although very pretty and strong the mettle face of the enamel started to chip and scratch after less than a week of regular use. the top relief of the sun and edges of the circle are almost completely silver in color now while the smaller lines and shallower sun tendrils still being the bronze color. all though I really like this design I wish it was executed much better.

Broke in a little over a month like other pop sockets.

The finish is shiny and brilliant, especially the base. Too many don’t bother to coordinate the base beyond a bare effort, but this carries the decor through the top, into the plastic bit, and finishes beautifully around the base. 10/10 would recommend

Got this on sale, I wish I would've order another for my daughter... lookds great on my iPhone 16 Pro Max.

I loved this pop socket, it’s beautiful and the white of the moon in particular is beautiful quality - but the gold of the sun wore off within two months.

This looked so good at first. But within a few months the gold wore off completely. Now it’s a mono color dull silver/gray. Disappointed.

This item was great, but only lasted five months. It’s not worth the money. The top round part broke off and it’s past any return or warranty period.

Looks awful after only a few days of use - the silver is completely scratched and just doesn’t look good at all. Waste of $

I got this popsocket about a mouth ago and the paint on the sides is already fading. The other problem was that the whole popsocket came off the little part that screws it into the blue part (this is so you can replace or change out the different popsockets), but it fully came off (which isn't suppose to happen), and getting it back on this small attachment scrached the whole inside of the popsocket. I think it is a great product and does its job, but for 35 dollars, I wish the paint didn't start coming off so fast. If you are thinking about getting one, get one that is shiny and not this matte finish; that way the paint won't start fading.

Target didn’t like the language I used for my original review so I’m re-writing. The photo doesn’t represent the product. Mainly, the base color. The color in the photo is completely different from it in-person. In-person it’s more of a loud aqua blue. I would not have ordered it if I knew that. I have had beef with poppets products as of recently. The removable grips (on ALL the products), the price ($30-$35? These used to be $7-$9), and how quickly they fall apart. My last pop socket broke because it came off in my hand and broke apart - never had that happened before. Pop socket returned my money but seriously I just want the grip to be permanently attached to the base!! I have used their products for years but they seem to get worse and worse every year. I’m stuck with this ugly one til I find something better. JUST CHANGE THE PHOTO TO REPRESENT THE PRODUCT PLEASEEEEE!! This pop socket is soooo ugly in-person. I literally hate looking at it.

I like that the happy face MagSafe pop socket is a mirror but I hate that it scratches easily and cracks. To avoid cracks or scratches I keep the plastic cover over it. It’s a bit annoying but it works for now.

It works great, hold is strong. The main problem is I’ve only had it for about a month and the paint is already fading. Definitely NOT worth $35. It looks so cheap with the faded paint.

Broke within a few months, so now I have to spend another $35 to replace.
