A: Thank you for your review, Steve! To swap a PopGrip, close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. Worked OK for a few days, but then the adhesive failed, and the PopSocket fell off my phone, dropping the phone to the ground. I heard they recently changed the adhesive formula, so maybe that's it? Anyway, I like the comfort of the grip being soft, but with an unreliable adhesive, I can't recommend this since attaching the grip to the phone is the #1 most important priority for this to even be usable. I tried switching to another ring grip brand, and its adhesive is already lasting longer (over a week now). I'd suggest to PopSocket to put more resources into a reliable adhesive.

Colors not as photographed
I anticipated pink and purple hues but what I recieved was more lime and tangerine. This was my first top swap and I needed to use two different hand tools to remove a mini-insert from my base to make way for this replacement.

Needed one quick!
Fits well. Love the car vent holder so I need a popsocket for that. They last a long time. I can’t live without it. This design is simple. I usually customize mine but I needed one quickly this time. I’m always happy with my pop sockets!

FELL OFF
Ordered 5 to give out. Applied one to my phone case and it fell off within 1 week! I've been using them for years and never had this happen. I cleaned everything and tried to reapply it without success. I tried Gorilla glue without success. I went online and ordered volport 3MSticky Adhesive, applied one last evening and so far, so good. We shall see! What happened to your adhesive?

Pop Socket prevented phone theft
Adheres nicely to my phone. I was also just in London, and was holding my phone with the pop socket, and a thief tried to grab it out of my hand but was unable to because of the tight grip I had on my phone with the pop socket. So 10/10 would recommend.

Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case. Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base. The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case. Not Sticking: If your PopSockets product is no longer sticking, follow the steps below to reactivate the adhesive gel on your PopSockets product. Step 1: Give your PopSockets gel a quick rinse. Step 2: Let it air dry for 10 minutes. Do not leave it out any longer, this will cause the adhesive gel to dry out entirely. Step 3: Stick your PopSockets product back onto your phone, and let it sit for a few hours before engaging it again. This will ensure a stronghold.
