First shipment, gravy boat was broken in several pieces. Was not packaged well at all for porcelain. Has some cheap thin brown packaging paper wrapping it in a big box. Ordering replacement was easy and came quickly. I made note, first order broke due to packaging. Second gravy boat came today and.. yep! Broken again due to it being wrapped in a single brown paper in a big box. No bubble wrap, etc… I think I got a refund but not sure. Was not able to order another so am trying to pick one up at a local target but says they might be out of stock. I love target but am staying away from ordering online product that is fragile.

This is a bargain for the product. But the product is definitely flawed. It’s super hard to lift one handed when it’s full of hot gravy—the handle is awkward and it is definitely too heavy to lift and pour one handed—especially if you have parents/grandparents in their 60’s or older—I have difficulty and I’m in my 40’s and have what my husband and son ever to as “crazy strong hands.” I will continue to use my smaller gravy boat and this one and only fill this half way until I find one I like better.

Beautiful and sturdy gravy boat to add to the thanksgiving table. For the price you are really getting a high quality product. I was able to fit enough gravy for a party of 20 which is great because I did not have to continuously go and refill it. Stuck it in the dishwasher after the party and it cleaned it very well with no damage
