Realized she needed this at the 11th hour for a Black Pink concert at MetLife stadium. Arrived the next day. Perfect size- not a mini nor oversized. For all her stuff including raincoat, umbrella, and sweatshirt with room to spare and w/o looking or feeling cumbersome (she is petite). Saw lots of fans carrying this very backpack. Only used once so far, but seems to have held up well and will come in handy in the future.

I needed a slightly bigger bag for concerts since I'm a diabetic and have more to carry, and this worked PERFECTLY for Jonas Brothers at Yankee stadium. Seems reasonably durable, though I can't judge it for traveling or water resistance. I sure HOPE it's water resistant, and seems like it will be. It came super fast too, and was affordable.
