Rusted quickly despite preventive measures
These lights rusted badly and quickly -- and, no, I don't live anywhere near a salty body of water. The Great Lakes are salt-free. I even taped the frosted glass and sprayed the exposted metal frame with silicone to protect the metal, but even that wasn't effective.

This light replaced a rusty old carriage lamp style at the front door, so by comparison it looks amazing, but in its own right this is a lovely contemporary light with simple lines, which is exactly what I wanted. It is worth the price, but probably doesn't look more expensive.

Perfect for the front of our house, but after a year, started to rust. Now three years, nasty looking, completely rusted at all seams. Will replace, but not with this maker.

I loved the look of the wall lamp. But definitely not built for outdoors. It will rust in no time. Soon will have to replace. Suggest to get something else.
