Ten days ago, I wrote a 3-star review for this lamp. But I have to confess that, having lived with it for awhile, I've changed my mind a bit. I still think the seam on the shade is distracting, but the colors in the lamp vase stand out in better lighting. I had a 60 watt LED equivalent bulb in the shade; replacing it with a 100 watt equivalent brought out the the blue and gray shades in the glaze (though still not as much in the picture). Since the shade is darker than the one on the lamp it replaced, the higher-watt bulb looks better. I've also decided the shade is not too large; it adds to the impact of the lamp.

It’s a nice, distinctive lamp, but, like many others have noted, it doesn’t have the blue or gray tones shown in the picture, which is mildly disappointing. The shade is nice enough but seems a tad large; worse, there is a dark seam running down the middle of one side the same color as the shade rims. (The site picture only shows the “good” side; I've included a pic of the seam on my lamp. Note that I haven't removed the plastic cover yet.) It really spoils the design of the shade. I can’t understand why the seam wasn’t covered with the same burlap color as the rest of the shade to make it less noticeable. I may decide to replace it. In short, buy this lamp if you want a color scheme that is heavy on rusts and browns and has a distracting dark seam on the shade.

Love the lamp, but wished the base had a bit more teal in it...oh well. Also the shade proved to be too big in my opinion. It overwhelmed the lamp itself. I ended up buying a replacement shade in a bell shape that I think is way more appropriate.

This lamp is beautiful but the color is not as pictured. More red and coppers than any “ blue” streaks typical to copper items. It does seem narrower than I thought it would be also and I worry it will get knocked over!m

The lamp is almost solid copper/brownish orange color. It looks nothing like the photos showing blue/ green/gray with a few copper drips. So very disappointed! I’ll be returning it and probably not shop lampsplus ever again. You need to use pictures that actually represent what the product looks like??!

this is the second lamp that I have ordered from Lamps Plus...I am very pleased with it and it looks just beautiful on a couch end table. was a bit bigger than I had thought it would be but works fine...the lighting is very good..soft but plentiful for reading. The only problem I have had with Lamps Plus is that the selection is so large...making a choice is pretty tough with all the great lamps from which to choose!!!

this was my first purchase on lamps plus and i regret it. like other reviews have said, this photo is no where near what i got. i have serious buyer's remorse and i wish i returned the lamps. they're copper without a hint of color. the lamp shade was dented and seems cheaply made (i even bought new ones hoping they'd improve the lamp base). and on one of the lamps, the base is crooked. very disappointed.
