Q: Can LED bulbs be used on side sockets as well as the arm?

A: Hi - the LED in the adjustable lamp arm is built in, but you could use LED bulbs for the top as well, just don't exceed the maximum 60 watt standard-medium base bulbs rating. Thanks for the question!

A: Hi Margaret - it depends on the size of the table. If it is a low table then you might not be able to fully use the adjustable reading light. But if the lamp sits high enough above the arm of your chair or sofa, then we think it would work just fine. Hope that helped! Thank you for the question.

Bought 2 and they're perfect
I bought two for our guest room and they're perfect. They put out a nice amount of light both in the reading light and main light. Love that the two lights in one fixture can be used together or separately. Guests have appreciated the lighting.

Versatility with elegant appearance.
This lamp has wonderful versatility to give bright light, dimmer light (when you unscrew the second light bulb), and spot light reading for when my husband snores beside me. The only way it could improve is to allow the dual bulbs to illuminate only one at a time or both together, thus why I gave it four, not five stars.

Lamp is superb. The wrong bulb was sent, necessitating having to order the correct size and type. Poor packaging somewhere along the way. Not appreciated as caused delay.

Great lamp
I bought a set of two for our bedroom, even though I think it's more of a desk lamp. The power outlet and USB charging port located on the base of the lamp is so convenient. I thought the additional gooseneck lamp would be good for reading without disturbing my spouse, but it's still pretty bright. But still like these lamps a lot.

Favorite lamp
This lamp has multiple features so helpful for today’s electronic needs. In addition to excellent lighting, style and cost, the additional plug, usb portal also add a convenience so appreciated for family use and enjoyment. I bought an additional lamp for my sons home and it is perfect to supply additional island lighting by the dining table in the kitchen. Its design easily takes it from den to kitchen to bedroom decor.
