A: Hi - you need to use at least a couple lengths of chain with this design, so around 29" would be the minimum hanging height. Thank you for the question.

There are no step-by-step videos for installation and assembly. The installation sheet that was provided in the box does not show the assembly at all. I call the HQ customer care and the Laguna Store where I bought it and there support sucks. They re/confirmed that there are no such videos. They import these products from China without any clear instruction as how to assemble. Do lamp plus know that we live I. The 21st century, where the show floor could just use his iPhone and do an easy recording and just upload it on YouTube or even their site. My dog can do this!!!!!!! When you call they claim superior customer care BS. I stuck as how to assemble the chandelier and if you have recently bought any lighting from any other vendor, you notice that they provide easy to read and follow instructions plus videos but NOT lamp plus. If you have recently assembled a Mirabell 34” chandelier and happen to have a recoding of it, I appreciate if you upload it to youtube. Next time you buy any lighting from lamp plus make sure they have clear instructions which I doubt it. Thanks
