First off I really like the look of this lamp. Great shape and color. The brushed gold and marble is a beautiful combination. I placed it on a side table in my living room and it has a great look overall. In terms of light emitted it is very bright and, depending on how much light you need, would recommend swapping out to a lower wattage bulb, especially for the nightlight base. When the light and the nightlight base are both on it is a lot of light. I do find it strange to leave the nightlight base without the top light on. The size of the lamp is rather large- too large for my nightstand in my bedroom. It was super easy to assemble, it was out of the box and lit in mere minutes. I absolutely love this lamp! It is super bright and beautiful. The nightlight feature is an extra treat. I love that the amount of light produced is variable: you can use only the night light, only the top portion of the light or both. So easy to create the right amount of light for any situation. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. My very nonchalant husband commented that this was one very nice lamp. I love it! I received this lamp as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

First of all, this lamp is lovely and would blend nicely with a range of home decor styles. I do wish the lamp base was a more uniformly light marbled color (the top of mine is noticeably darker than the bottom) but that’s personal preference. Overall the lamp proportions are great, the classic drum shade is timeless, and I love the night-light base concept and the option for multiple light settings. But while I love the general concept for this table lamp, there are a few things that I think could be improved upon. First, I would strongly prefer to have a separate light switch on or near the lamp base for just the night-light option as I found it frustrating to have to toggle through multiple light settings each time. It would be really nice, for example, to be able to turn the lamp off from the night-light setting, instead of cycling through two other brighter settings each time - again, personal preference. Then there was the sheer size of the lamp; this is definitely a lamp for a larger space, and I found that it just looks too oversized for most of the areas in my mid-century 1300 sqft house. I was hoping to use this lamp in a bedroom, but it was simply too big for the space. For reference, the lamp is roughly 31 inches tall and the lampshade diameter is about 15 inches - which makes it hard to fit on a piece of furniture that is close to a wall - not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Another complaint was that it’s a bit crooked where the top and bottom sections of the lamp base meet (see my photos). Not sure if that was a manufacturing defect or something that happened during shipping, but I had to bend the lampshade a little bit to make it less noticeable. All of the lamp parts came packaged securely and nothing else was damaged, so I’m inclined to think it shipped out that way. Overall there is a lot I like about this lamp, and I did ultimately find a place for it in my dining room. Ooo My!!! This lamp is simply gorgeous! It is solid and it’s weight speaks volumes to its quality. When I first picked it up I was not expecting it to be so solid. I love the colors it’s matches easily with the decor in my home adding an elegant and classy touch to my entryway. I was not expecting the base to light up which was a very pleasant surprise. You can have 3 different light choices, only the base, only the top, or both base and top together. I have received so many compliments from guests and family that saw the lamp. I love it so much that we are going to buy the matching lamp and 2 additional floor lamps. They have definitely gained a new customer. Highly recommend this lamp. Our decor is mostly traditional with some fun pops of color and this modern lamp actually looks great in our home. My favorite thing about this lamp is that it has multiple lighting options. It can be used as a night light/soft light with just the base lit up, it can be used with just the upper bulb on or it can be used to have both the light bulb and base night light lit. The lamp was easy to assemble as well so I was able to use it immediately after opening it.

The modern, yet elegant design made it stand out in our living room; it's also tall, which we felt helped illuminate the room better. The versatility of the nightlight option makes it a great entry way lamp. We were able to switch out the light bulb to a connected smart bulb, which makes this lamp a great addition to our smart home! The only thing we would change is to have the LED nightlight centered in the base, it seemed that ours kept leaning to one side within the base, not a deal breaker by any means, but not as aesthetically pleasing as we'd hoped for.

First of all, the assembly was surprisingly easy for a house full of admittedly non-handy people. Once we managed to assemble the lamp, placed it, and turned it on (this is cheesy, but bear with me), it truly turned this house into a home… design-wise, the size is perfect: just large enough to catch your eye, but not so large that it overwhelms the space. We actually want to use this lamp as the focal point of our living area design. So so excited about this product!

It works in any room in my house and was very easy to assemble, I'm just glad I assumed the nightlight bulb was already installed. The lamp is solid and feels as if it will be quite durable. Honestly, maybe the shade could be a little more befitting of the actual lamp but that's my only negative. Even the bulb made the trip safely.
