Q: Are these the standard "sticky at the top" kind, or are they the accordion-style ones that have every other one flipped upside down?

A: These are Post-it Notes, the traditional style with the adhesive at one end of the pad. The accordion style notes are Post-it Pop-Up Notes, to be used in Pop-Up Note Dispensers. Thanks for asking!
