Description
Powerline BSG10x Quick Assembly Home Gym. The gym comes 90% pre-assembled in one box. All of the high impact resistant nylon pulleys and 2200lb tensile strength steel cables have been hung and strung by the factory. No confusing diagrams to follow during this assembly. It's a simple 9 bolt process. You can be working out in as little as 30 minutes. The compact frame, less than 4 foot wide and 6.5 foot tall, lets you install this gym anywhere. The BSG10x offers a stable platform and multiple seat adjustments to accommodate many users of all sizes. A 160lb. adjustable weight stack, high, mid and low pulleys, 8 position adjustable press arm and leg developer station the BSG10X enables the user to perform over 40 exercises, safely and biomechanically correct. Included with the BSG10X is a 48" lat bar a low row bar and an abdominal-harness.
Traditional press bar is biomechanically designed for maximum chest concentration and outstanding muscle development.
Lat pulldown station allows unlimited, full range of motion through unilateral, bilateral, converging or diverging movement.
11-gauge mainframe construction assures maximum strength, function and durability.
Telescoping, chrome plated, adjustable seat post for quick, smooth adjustment and proper body positioning.

Easy to assembly and quality made. After years of lifting iron weights and at the age of 61, my body told me it was time to stop with the heavy weightlifting. Still wanting t stay in shape I searched for the perfect home gym and found it with the Powerline by Body Solid Easy Assembly Home Gym. It came as advertised 90% assembled. Had it up and operational in less than an hour. A quality piece of equipment that provides a great workout.

This is my first home gym and I’m glad that I picked this over all of those that I have reviewed. It was delivered to my garage.. came in in a pallet which was left behind (I was told the guy can’t take it back which was ok because I needed the pallet for DIY projects anyway). The equipment is very solid and heavy. Have another person hold it up for safety. Once the main tower is upright, everything is a breeze. I decided to buy this because of ease of assembly. No need to thread cables to pulleys as they already are threaded in place. Follow the directions and don’t get to excited in cutting all the zip ties. After the main tower is up, that’s when you cut some zip ties to avoid accidental pinching of fingers. Very quiet equipment.

It was delivered to my garage it was a couple of days early. I was able to put it together by myself it took a couple hours as I took my time to get it together. A very good machine especially for its price. It is a little small when i got it together, no problem i removed part of the leg curl attachment to make room for my legs everything else fits me just fine, like the leg press better than leg curls anyway. Lat attachment is plenty high enough did not like padding on lat bar so i removed it like it better without padding.

This home gym is perfect for what I need. It was delivered directly to my garage and on time. You will need some assistance on putting the first stem together other than that it is pretty simple. It took me about 1.5 hours. Some people are not sure about the 150 lb of weight but I think it is plenty for beginner or intermediate users. The machine is very smooth and well built. I am very happy with it so far.
