Uses Helps prevent sunburn If used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun

Directions

Directions Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases risk of skin cancer and early aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: Limit time in the sun, especially from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses Reapply at least every 2 hours Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating Children under 6 months: ask a doctor

I loved the product it even out my natural lip shade and protected my lips in the sun and kept them moisturized. I like to reapply it for the sensation it has. It feels a bit minty and has a nice smell not strong or too scented. I would recommend this product and I can’t wait to try another shade!!!

Moisturizing Protection with No Aftertaste

Loving this SPF lip balm I took a chance on ordering. I got the Blush color and it's so pretty. It feels very moisturizing while protecting my lips. My favorite thing about it is that it doesn't leave that awful sunscreen aftertaste in my mouth. It has the slightest minty taste when applying but doesn't burn at all. It lasts a good while and feels very hydrating. I'll be ordering more colors!

My new favorite spf lip balm!!

I love these SPF lip balms. The are moisturizing, pretty, and they have a hint of mint. They protect really well from sunburn. Incredibly glossy and makes the lips look juicy and plump.

Bought this during the Memorial Day sale just to try but was anxious because some of the reviews mentioned difficulty getting product out and bad taste. I have found that’s not the case at all. I actually really love this product. Yes, it’s minty, and it does have a slight sunscreen taste when it gets into your mouth over time, but it’s smooth and silky, albeit a little sticky. The gloss is beautiful and I feel good knowing my lips are protected. It’s thick and the consistency reminds me of a good peptide lip balm… actually, if they added peptides in, they’d really have a killer product! Anyway, will be buying in other shades for sure.

Perfect SPF lip protection!

This is the best SPF lip product I've ever used. It's not sticky (though it is a gloss, not a balm), not stringy, doesn't hurt my sensitive lips, and tastes/smells minty and refreshing. I wouldn't recommend tasting it on purpose, but you won't find that awful chemical taste from other sunscreens. It's my go-to and I'm so glad I found it!

Packaging is trash

Went through 6 tubes at customer service because all of the tubes would bust open and leak when you squeeze the tube. I finally got one that worked then when I got home and tried to use it again it broke. I love prequels spf lip product but the quality has gone down significantly I’m not sure why.

Stings the lips and dries up quickly

Do not buy if you’re sensitive to mint taste. This tingled like a lip plumper and made my lips even drier. Wears off in a few minutes. I guess I thought a dermatologist would get this right. For SPF protection, I’ll stick to something more occlusive with no taste. And as for the gloss, it doesn’t last!

perfect sunscreen lip balm

This is my first time buying a product from Prequel. I bought the blush color lip balm. It is beautiful! I love the color and the lip balm was very light weight and hydrating on my lips! on top my first product with sunscreen. this encouraged me to try other products of this brand.

Tube is poorly made

I love the product - I got the clear (mint scent) it reminds me a lot of summer Friday’s but with the added SPF. However, like others complaints the tube the product is in sucks. The seal in the back popped open on first apply and now the product is just seeping out the back.
