I got this because I wanted to try cast iron and this one seemed a little easier to maintain. It worked great when grilling chicken and steak. When it came time to clean it, it took a little figuring out but once I did it looks brand new. I love it so far.

I wasn't sure if i really needed a grill pan but I have used this multiple times and it works really well. Pork chops had beautiful sear marks before putting in the oven, as well as other meats, sandwiches etc. The only downside is the 'elbow grease' needed to clean between the grooves. Fortunately Caraway products can soak in soapy water.

We purchased the off white to go with all of our other cookware and feel we are eating from safe Caraway pots and pans. Love it!

However meat still stuck to pan and took some time to clean stuck on meat. Maybe I didn’t do something correct hope someone gives me ideas , for the money was hoping clean up would be a lot easier.
