Perfect for smaller kitchens. It's made of a thick ceramic pot and the stand is a lovely wood. Perfectly holds and dispenses a three gallon refilled water jug that you can find and purchase anywhere. I had my dispenser for less than 6 months and it leaked. Not only am I out a water dispenser...it caused water damage to the furniture I had it on. Poor quality...not worth the money at all. I'm out of the range to return now. Be cautious on your purchase.

It was super simple to assemble, once you figure out how to turn the jug upside down without making a mess lol. I was scared the water would empty out faster than it did and over flow. I’m so happy that didn’t happen. The water comes out the spout effortlessly. I’m most impressed that it does it leak from the spout at all. All in all I would highly recommend this.

The water at my campsite is not fit to drink so this countertop dispenser was the perfect answer for my small space and takes up less space than cases of water bottles. I like the fact that I can refill the bottles at the store so I am not contributing to more plastic waste in our landfills. I also like the rustic look of it that fits in well with my camper decor.

There is a pressed wood circle that needs to be screwed to the base under the dispenser - important for stability - and although the holes were in the circle, there were no matching pre-drilled pilot holes in the wood. So you'll need an electric drill . Also, don't fill it up all the way until you've ascertained that it's not leaking. I had to put a wrench in to tighten the back to the faucet front. No biggy, but I had to drain over a gallon of water and then refill it. The majority of 5 gallon bottles have a different neck diameter and many options for spigots and dispensers. For the bottles with SCREW CAPS, this works great as a countertop option - but also should fit almost any large traditionally shaped bottle. The top of the crock is simply a wide round opening with a plastic ring on it, that the top side bottle simply sits on top of when you invert it.

The dispenser consists of a neutral-toned ceramic crock, a spout, a gasket, and a lever spigot. The package also includes a four-legged wooden stand that allows heavy 3.5 to 5-gallon jugs to rest sturdily. It has one job, and it does it well. It's neither heated nor cooled, but what it lacks in features, it more than makes up in reliability. I'm happy that it doesn't have electronic parts that can fail to work when the power is out, making it an ideal solution for everyday, emergencies, or just bringing to get-togethers everywhere. If there's an area that needs clean water but doesn't have infrastructure allowing easy access, this dispenser fills the void. I have found that it's a useful part of my home, and it's something that's utilized many times each day.
