A: I just put my empty bottle into the empty dispenser, and yes, the bottle neck seems to go down far enough that it would sit in the water, at least until the water level goes down :(

Q: What is the base made of? Wood? And the dispenser, ceramic? Does the water filter throuhg the ceramic if that is the case and purify the bottled water?

A: Hi Danie, thank you for reaching out. The base is made of wood and the dispenser is made from ceramic. Our dispensers do not include any filter for the water, and are meant for the use of Purified or Spring water in 3G or 5G sizes.

A: Thank you for reaching out. Our dispensers are designed to be used with 3-gallon and 5-gallon plastic bottles from any manufacturer except for American Maid. The way those bottles are designed are not compatible with our dispensers.

Wobble wobble
Doesn’t leak yet but it’s stupid. Bump into it and you have 4 gallons of water in your floor. Nothing securing water jug. Returning it before I have to clean it up.

TERRIBLE!! I loved how cute and accommodating the size was for my apartment. I set it up and it immediately leaks! The seal rings internally don’t seem to lay flat and it causes it to leak. No they weren’t tightened too much ect. I performed all troubleshooting. It’s defected. I saw many others had the same issue with theirs. It’s very disappointing

Unusable trash
Didn't even hold water for 20mins. I thought I'd take a chance - some reviews mentioned leaks, but I thought maybe I'd get lucky and it would last a few months or a year... instead it came out of the box with one of the legs slightly unglued, but was easily fixed with superglue. Then, when the bottle was mounted, we tested it and it poured water fine with seemingly no leaks. 20mins later I hear the dripping. Counter was soaked. It's so wasteful to make unusable products like this! I hope Target lets me return for full refund.

These dispensers are best used with a Primo brand bottle, however we do recommend not using the brand American Maid, as this brand of bottles can cause issues with all our dispensers due to how they’re made. If you are using a Primo brand bottle, we recommend tightening the nozzle/gasket to attempt to prevent the leaking. Just purchased this countertop dispenser. Very nice perfect for my kitchen. The problem is that the faucet leaks. There was water all over. My husband will try n tighten the inside and we'll see how that works.

Beautiful and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Beautiful piece to have on our counter. It is so purposeful and takes a very minimal amount of counter space. Perfect for smaller kitchens. It's made of a thick ceramic pot and the stand is a lovely wood. Perfectly holds and dispenses a three gallon refilled water jug that you can find and purchase anywhere. This even makes it more fun for the kids to drink more water in their day.
