Q: water cooler stopped working will not operate is there a reset button no water is coming out at all
A: Hi Ron, thank you for reaching out. If you reach behind the bottle, there is a small elbow. Press the pipes tight into the elbow, and the elbow on to the pump. Q: This has 3 temp settings saw a question about this; Answer was for only 2 settings. 37-50 cold and different hot numbers. What is exactly the coldest temp cooler you provide?
A: Thank you for contacting us, GPS. The numbers listed are the ranges for the cold and hot water for any of our dispensers. For example, the cooling function activates when the water temp exceeds 50F and turns off when it reaches around 37F. This is true of all of our dispensers.

Q: Is this compatible with other 3 and 5 gallon water products or only with primo products?
A: Thank you for reaching out to us. You can use most 5- or 3-gallon brand bottles with our dispensers with the exception of a few brands. Two that we know for certain are the brand American Maid brand and Glass bottles. The way the bottles are manufactured makes them incompatible with our dispensers due to the circumference and length of the neck. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Our 5 gallon GLASS Mountain Valley water bottles fit beautifully with no promises. We get Primo delivery at home. Trying to find another machine model # 601234

Q: can you add a pet tray or is it just the top water cooler units
A: Thank you for contacting us, maxs dad. The Pet Bowl is only compatible with the top loading cooler that has the pet bowl function. There is currently not a bottom load pet station dispenser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
