I was very excited to try these lemon flavored ones out because I love lemon! They have a very slight taste of lemon, lol. The ginger is very overpowering but I still love these and I think I will be packing these in my hospital bag because I heard nausea comes back hard when you're in labor!

With that being said I was struggling with nausea terribly before receiving these and after trying them they are the only thing I use to help my nausea and I love that they’re natural. The flavor is a little strong but not something I mind.

They are sweet and I enjoyed them. I just don't know if I saw benefits other than a treat. That being said I would buy them again.
