These Prismacolor colored pencils are great pencils. They are smooth while coloring, are good with shading, and have vibrant color. They sharpen easily, and have any color you need for whatever you're using them for. You can layer the colors, and I color pretty hard, and none have broken so far, and I've used them alot.

I have been using Prismacolor for over 20 years. In that time I have gone through TWO of these sets. Nothing compares to the pigmentation and the superior blending. These pencils work on so many media and will always be in my studio.

I’ve had so many sets throughout the years. As you can tell by the packaging this is a really old tin. The weight of the pencils feel nice and the color application is smooth and easy to layer. To me they are a great value for professional colored pencils.

The Prismacolor Premier 150 set is honestly one of the best colored pencil sets I’ve used. The design of the set is really organized, and the pencils feel high quality in the hand. The colors are super rich, easy to blend, and very precise for both small details and big areas. They’re reliable—no constant breaking—and the materials feel premium. It’s a great set if you want a full range of shades that perform really well.

Generally speaking there may be a learning curve to using these to their full potential, certainly not the best to share with my young son but I love them for myself. These have a softer core which means you wouldn't use them the same way you would a regular colored pencil, you'd be more gentle. For me though Prismacolor is a no-brainer. They're a high quality product that comes in a nice set and have a wonderful assortment of colors.

The color is so bright and amazing it shows well on paper there is so many colors the packaging is so pretty and it’s easy to mix colors I love how easy to use and these last long

From my experience prismacolor colored pencils are the most effortless to blend compared to cheaper alternatives and the colors are more vivid

Okay, I've never seen another brand so dedicated to VARIETY. The amount of vibrant colors you get in this packaging is insane. Don't even get me started on how durable the little sticks are, even granting our wish for no harsh lines.

The quality and they amount of colors can have you with a wide color pattern with vibrant art. It is easy to draw any sky or mountain range. The easy fold open packaging will help you on any desk or stationary.

My mom is an artist and growing up, prismacolor were the only pencils she’d use. I remember she let me use ONE pencil as a kid & it’s still my favorite color to this day – chartreuse. Anyway, the durability of these pencils are excellent. Pigmentation is out of this world. 150 colors, too? I only use like ten haha but it’s wonderful to have the option when I want it.

These expenses are great for any mid range to advanced artists who need durable pencils that can blend and create gradient and add texture and grade shadowing abilities to any art piece.

Super high end colored pencils, comes in a variety of colors and are super pigmented. They are very good at blending and incredibly durable. The packaging is also very convenient!

I love these for me. Bring them out to relax when the kids go to sleep and I need to unwind. Great to draw or to color with an adult color book. Best I’ve used. They hold up really well even when I forget to put them away and the kids get them. I can blend and do just about anything I need to do with these.
