A: No these are the normal/dry ones. The wet ones are called water-soluble pencils. Hope this helps!

The Prismacolor 150 set is honestly amazing to use. The colors are super rich, they blend so easily, and there’s a ton of variety to work with. I have been using Prismacolor since I was in college. They are wonderful pencils that are strong and easy to use. They sharpen quickly and neatly, without leaving little splinters everywhere. The extreme variety sometimes makes it hard to pick a color, but I always end up with the right one. The pigmentation is strong so the colors come out bold and vibrant.

I’ve had my Prismacolor Premier set for years, I actually begged my mom to get them for me back in middle or high school and they’re still the best colored pencils I’ve ever used. I used them on a drawing I did on some canvases, and honestly, they blended so smoothly. I even mixed them with markers for some parts, and the pencils still layered beautifully. What I really love is how easy they are to use, even if you’re not a professional artist. The colors are super vibrant, they blend really nicely, and there’s such a huge range to choose from. Man, if you thought the regular pack had all the colors in the rainbow you are sadly mistaken. This has everything you could possibly want and the pigmentation is super vivid. They definitely last a long time and they're easy to blend.

Although I do not have the exact set that I chose to review these prismacolor pencils are wonderful all around. They are greatly pigmented and provide many different colors for shading and blending. The packaging is very satisfying to someone like me because every pencil has a place. They are very durable pencils and are great for kids getting into art or already in it! I have attached photos of the specific box I have as well as a picture I drew a couple years back using only prismacolor pencils and an inspiration photo!
