Scammy business practice
NO WHERE on the box mentions that these are mini sized. We wouldn’t have bought them if we knew. Very disappointed with Crayola for this.

Do NOT buy these! It's misleading advertising, they aren't full sized. Crayola is clearly banking on people assuming they're are because of the size of the box. Very disappointed.

Bought these in store, and NO WHERE on the box does it say these are mini pencils!!! I use colored pencils a lot, and it was finally time to buy a new box, BUT THIS IS A RIP OFF. I have never been upset with a Crayola product before now, but this is outright a JOKE.

Very Small but What We Were Looking For
I knew these were small from the reviews. I LOVE them. They’re so cute. They’re like 3-4” maybe? They’re great for younger kids to take to school I feel like the larger packs just get wasted and I’m a little ocd, I don’t like mismatched sets. I think they also had a sharpener on the box. Oh the nostalgia! I recommend them if this is what you’re looking for. Small cute pencils for your small kid. Or yourself.

Great for 2d Grade Class, Unusable for Anyone Else
I bought this in a store where there is no mention on the box of these pencils being 3.5 inches, which is essentially unusable for adults. The box makes the pencils look much bigger than they actually are. Additionally, there is no label on the pencils for what color is which. The only way to figure out the color is to attempt to match the pencil color to the one labeled on the back of the box by eye, which for me was impossible. If you're a teacher who just wants to dump these out for kids to use, these are great. If you want these to use for anything else, they're a horrible product.

Deceiving Packaging
Does not tell you it is mini on the box when purchased in store. Very small colored pencils for the price, sharpener is almost useless, colors are not labeled on pencils and don't color as smoothly as original. Might as well have purchased 50 count for price point since those are full size. Don't recommend.

Short useless pencils
Such a waste of my time. Got home and went to open the package to find a bunch of trash ikea golf pencils that don’t even color good. Crayola isn’t even safe from shrinkflation. You would not be able to tell at all how small the pencils are based on the packaging. Immediately returned.

Deceptive packaging
Purchased a box for my kids. Got home and let them open it to color, turns out they are not full sized. They are about the size of a golf pencil. No where on the box does it say "small" or "short". I figured they would have been the same height as the box. Very deceptive packaging. They use little stands at the bottom of the box so they can use a bigger box to fool people into thinking they are getting more. I returned the box and will be purchasing other brands for my kids and classroom from now on.

Smooth happy colors
I don't color much, so the small pencils are actually perfect for me. I was so surprised by how smooth these pencils are. At first I was worried that this was a pack of bright colors, and I wondered if I should have gone with muted pastels, but I really loved the colors on paper. I am also impressed by the sharpener. I'm glad I just picked good 'ol Crayola instead of other brands online. Once in a while, I come across products that just seem perfect and this one of them. If you are a regular adult (not an artist) who has decided to try therapeutic coloring on your free time, I recommend this, esp the happy colors.

Box does not say mini
Shopped in person, so couldn't see they were tiny. They're too tiny for my kid's hand even. Even if the box said "tiny," these would be terrible.

Disappointed
I am so disappointed in Crayola! I was excited to use these with my new coloring book but, when I pulled them out I was surprised at the size. The box says nothing about them being tiny. I lost my desire to color at that moment. I see others have had this same comment with no clear resolution to the issue. Shame on you Crayola I expect more.

Crayola isn't color blind friendly anymore
Not only are the pencils 1/3 the size they used to be, They still cost just as much as what the full size ones used to cost... the kids that used to eat crayons in the back of the classroom took their passion with them to the adult world, and got a job working for Crayola. Clearly eating all those crayons really messed up their head... (DO NOT EAT THE CRAYONS)

What a great product for small children under 5yr, Crayola did to us the same the potato chips merchants did with all bag of chips, filled with hopes and dreams only to open up the bag to find out it's full of air, this product is misleading and should be properly labels tiny color sticks for children under 3yr, or Crayola mini brand label intended! This product is a joke, or could at least be used as a great magic trick item incorporate it showing a reg size Crayola, and Then show this tiny tool saying abra-crap-dabra presto wala!
