Defective

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The item I received was defective and did not match the product description. When I contacted Costway, I was shocked to be told to drill into a brand new product to fix it myself — that’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, Target only offered the option to disassemble and return the entire item, which is a major inconvenience for such a large product. Overall, I’m not happy with the poor customer service I received from both Costway and Target. I expected better.

Good quality and low price products

I recently purchased a full size 14" bed frame and couldn't be happier with it! The solid metal construction provides great support, and the 14" height also allows for ample under-bed storage. Assembly was a breeze - tools included, and it took 15 minutes to complete. It's a great alternative to a traditional box spring, and it fits my mattress perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a durable, easy-to-assemble bed frame!

Sturdy, affordable, quiet, and the mattress is supportive enough that we don't need a box spring. It works perfectly for our needs, and we don't want to replace the headboard. Easy assembly.

Plugs at both ends of the headboard

The bed frame and headboard are beautiful. The color of the headboard matches and looks elegant. Wish there were inserts on both ends of the headboard. Other than that, this is a nice setup.

Firm bed.

The bed is very sturdy and once it is assembled it is fine. Don't over tighten the bolts on the corner brackets, you need to loosen them when installing the other bolts. Haha. I was pleasantly surprised by this bed, the wood is very heavy.

Great value! The bed frame is well made!

This double bed frame is great value for the price. It arrived promptly and the parts were well made, including all the necessary hardware. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they even came with the tools needed for assembly. The mattress is now very supportive and very comfortable. This bed frame even surpasses the platform bed frame I had before. It fits perfectly into any space. I highly recommend this product.

It's easy to assemble it yourself, the tools come with it, but I used a screwdriver with a torx head, which made it easier to install. Very strong and light, easy to move around.

Good quality

I will continue to buy this when I get a new bed. The bed frame is good quality, quiet, great for storage, and affordable. It was super easy to assemble. Just don't screw everything in right away. Looks like it would fit in a clean, minimalist room. Giving it 4 stars because I ordered one for my girlfriend and she left before it arrived. So don't be surprised if this happens to you.

Love this bed

This bed is so comfortable. Now it does need to be assembled. Great quality and very sturdy. Great location for the charging port and the drawers are very practical. I love the color and the mattress is so comfy.

Get the job done

Easy to self-assemble. The frame is lightweight but designed to be sturdy and won't bend or move. It's high enough for easy storage but low enough for easy getting in and out of bed. It's just a simple platform designed to support the mattress and keep it off the ground, and it works really well.

Not bad, but not great...very noisy

Pros: Very easy to assemble. Took me about 30/35 minutes to do it myself. Really like the height of this bed. The frame is very sturdy. Supports the mattress. Has room underneath for easy storage. Can actually choose between 14 or 16 inch heights. Cons: The height makes it hard to find the bed skirt. The mattress will occasionally move if you don't use the included tape. Major Cons: Not noiseless as advertised! After about two weeks of use, the frame started making a squeaking noise; every time I got in and out of bed. Sometimes it squeaks when I change sleeping positions. Sometimes wakes me up from my sleep. The crazy thing is, the squeaking only occurs on the side I sleep on. I'm 5'4" and 175 lbs. If I'm in the center of the bed, it doesn't make any noise. If I'm "having fun" with my life partner (who's 6' and 180 lbs), it doesn't make any noise. Again, the center of the bed. I had to remove the mattress, tighten the frame, and probably spray some WD-40 rust preventative. If it wasn't for the cracking it would have gotten 4 stars.
