Great Product

Doctor's Best is a great brand. I tried Ubiquinol 50 mg because I wasn't sure how I would respond to higher doses. After a week I moved up to 100 mg with only minor indigestion within about 30 minutes and no problems for the balance of the day. I am up to 150 mg with the same side effects, which are really nothing at all. When I get to 200 mg I'll order the 100 mg bottle and take one at breakfast and one at lunch. I won't know how effective it is for another two months or so.

The gels are too big for me. My husband can take them. No noticeable difference in how he fills. Seem to think the Swanson brand is better.

Triple winner

Do the research- Kaneka is the leader in coq10 manufacturing. Ubiquinol is recommended for seniors like myself due to absorption issues and this is a value price. I am well satisfied.

Good product
