    Hits belly hard but doesn’t pop enough

    Hits the stomach too hard. Love all of c4 products. Been a lifelong user, however this preworkout is too hard on the stomach. It’s like you really need to eat something first to line your stomach. Also, I don’t think it gives you more pop on your workouts than say, C4 ripped. I usually only do a 3/4 scoop in mine because of those reasons.

    Lemon Italian Ice

    My first experience with Ultimate Shred Italian Ice, I love the initial taste and the effects. My only down side was the last swallow tasted and felt like I had a bite like a mouthful of pepper that lasted about 20 mins. Anyone else experience this? Did I not shake/mix it enough to fully dissolve. Will make tomorrows dose tonight to let it dissolve overnight. TIA

    Didn’t have a great experience

    I’ve been using the c4 brand for about 6 months now and worked well until I decided to try this specific one and I’ve been sick all day with a very bad headache and stomach pain. Hopefully the symptoms will stop soon.will be not using this one anymore I’ll stick with the other kinds I’ve had

    Amazing taste and benifits

    Wow, this is by-far the best Pre-Workout I have ever had for different reasons. One of these reasons is the flavor, I bought the Icy Blue Razz and that flavor was so good, it wasn't overly sweet to where I feel like I am eating a spoonful of sugar. It has an amazing balance between sweet and tart. Another reason I love this stuff is the pump and energy I get, it provides an amazing Pump and the perfect amount of energy to fuel whatever type of workout your doing. Another reason I love this stuff is because of the shred effect, it makes me sweat a lot more and I have noticed it's fat burning job.

    Great stuff!

    I love that i can stay focused. It acts quickly. I think the only downfall is that it upsets my belly. I normally workout in the morning. Not sure if this is the reason. Other than that it’s great.

    Stronger workouts !
