    Warning Cayenne Pepper Extract

    Be careful with this ripped. It has a cayenne extract for a thermogenic. After a couple of months of use with this version, I noticed digestive issues that were out of the norm for me after 15 years of using pre workouts and active gym lifestyle. It was to the point that you go to mix and have to cough from the powder like pepper spray. I couldn’t tell what was going on. Should have fully read the ingredients. I am now experiencing onset issues similar to inflammatory bowel disease. I think it was due to the cayenne extract. The product was thrown out, I won’t use C4 again and hopefully will be able to get back in the gym again.

    Bring the old C4 Ripped back :(

    It not the same. Previously there was Original and Ripped. Ripped was my absolute go to for years and the outcomes were AMAZING! The sport version of C4 feels less impactful and doesn’t hit the same. I’m so sad:(

    Excellent pre work supp. Beta-alanine, L-arginine, L-carnitine, Taurine, and Huperzine A is a solid mix for maxing out your power and endurance. Myself and a friend are both somewhat sensitive to caffeine, so I wish there was a low-caff version, but this is still great. Don't be stupid and just throw this powder in your mouth. Mix it with liquid of some kind. One of the ingredients is CAYENNE. Another is BLACK PEPPER EXTRACT. So DON'T inhale it, as it will burn, OBVIOUSLY. Even if you only mixed it with a couple drops and made a paste, that would be waaaay better than trying to eat it dry like an idiot.

    One scoop may be too much for a beginner. If you’re caffeine tolerant this may be a mild effect for you however I found it to be perfect for sweating out all the demons. Take 15 mins at minimum before your workout.
