The flavoring wasn't very strong and there was a weird jello-y taste/texture that I can't quite describe. The strawberry one had this too but I felt like it actually complemented the flavor there.

I consumed it as an evening snack at home while working on my laptop sitting on the couch, so there was no physical activity involved, but still it did not disappoint. The instructions on the package were easy to follow, and I had no trouble dissolving the contents in 8 oz of water. As with the first product I tried, this protein shake also did not look particularly appetizing, but I knew what to expect from a protein shake. The taste of the shake was distinctive and had a creamy texture with a hint of cookies, just as advertised on the pack. While the flavor wasn't particularly bright, it was still enjoyable and did the job of satisfying my hunger pangs. I didn't experience any unpleasant aftertaste, which was a plus. After consuming the shake, I felt full and satisfied for the rest of the evening before going to bed. I slept well and didn't feel any unusual effects in the morning. While it's hard to say what the long-term effects of the product are, based on my experience, I think it would be an effective addition to a regular diet. Overall, I rate this product 4 out of 5 stars. It's not a gourmet product, but it certainly did the job of satisfying my hunger and providing me with the necessary protein. I appreciate the creamy texture and the hint of cookies in the taste. I would definitely purchase this product in the future as it would be an excellent addition to my diet. I blended it up with some frozen banana, almond milk, and water, and it was basically like having a milkshake for breakfast. It kept me full for a while, but I did feel like I got hungry a little bit earlier than I would have if I have eaten a normal breakfast.

I enjoyed this flavor and it didn't leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I'm planning on purchasing this in the future.
