Gold Standard 100% Whey is considered lacto-vegetarian meaning that it does not contain any meat, fish, poultry or egg. The only flavor that is made without alcohol as part of the flavoring process is the Double Rich Chocolate flavor.

I hate protein powder it always tastes terrible, this protein powder has proven me wrong. Ive been buying the 2 lb jug of Double Rich Chocolate for months its the best tasting protein powder mix I've ever had. I mix it in my oatmeal every morning. Thank you for a great tasting product!

Amazing
I got Optimum in Delicious Strawberry and the flavor is really good. The protein powder mixed with milk aids in my recovery from Crossfit workouts and helps me hit my protein goal in a simple enjoyable way with how much great stuff is in here. Would buy again!

I use this whey protein for quick shaker bottle drinks, but occasionally will mix there into my smoothies as well. I find blended strawberry gets more airy than creamy for some reason, so I prefer to let it sit after blending. This isn't overly sweet and the strawberry is not overpowering.
