Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract™, Cleanse & Digestion, Formula 102, 200 Veggie Capsules

I was very dubious about the ability of any supplement to tackle the fungus in my toe, but the topical fungicides I was using didn't seem to be touching it, despite scraping away most of the nail so that they could reach the nail bed. But I decided to try this because of other reviews. I did carry on with the topical application of undecylenic acid mixed with tea tree oil but taking 2 doses of Kyolic twice a day with it cured my nail. Yes, it takes many months for a toenail to grow out but finally I had no more fungus in that nail. This is just a good a result as taking the Lamisil pills the doctor prescribed for me last time I had an infected toenail, apparently without any of the dangers of liver damage. I cannot be absolutely sure that it was the Kyolic that did the trick or the topical fungicides, but I think it was probably the combination. Certainly the fungicides weren't working on their own. So last year I had an itchy arm that the doctor thought might be a fungal infection although there was nothing whatever to be seen. I tried applying selenium disulphide shampoo as recommended by the doctor and it did help a bit but it was a nuisance to apply. Sulphur ointment was better, but I had to apply it every day and still the itch persisted - for well over a year. And then I decided to try Kyolic 102 since it had worked so well on my toenail. Magic! Within a couple of weeks my arm no longer itches! I found that I did have to take the full recommended dose of 4 capsules a day but I am beyond happy with the result.

I thought I was getting pure garlic. My body can’t handle cellulose potato or Arabic gum excipients n binders. I took a dose and my IBS flared up.

Don't like the tablet form. Feels powdery and the garlic/ginger taste burps back.

This product is specifically marketed for candida yet it contains corn starch and potato starch. Anyone who knows anything about candida knows that starch feeds candida. I can't believe I didn't read the label.

I don't seem to be getting a good effect with this brand of candida cleanse. I feel that "raw" garlic is much better for the purpose of a candida cleanse. I can tell something is happening when using garlic in its natural raw form. Perhaps it works better for others.

This product seems to be quite effective, and quick acting. Two pills after each meal helped me.
