Great. Avoid mykind organics calcium. Lost my nails taking that.

Excellent. Always long, strong nails, as usual and at 50. I tried mykind organics, organic plant calcium. I lost my nails. I'll stick with proven product.

No, I would not recommend it.

Calcium Citrate by Solaray leaves a lot of powder on my hands when filling my weekly pill box. I do not like them.
