Methylcobalamin is the active, coenzyme form of Vitamin B12. While the body can readily absorb Vitamin B12 as cobalamin, it must further convert it to a coenzyme form to become metabolically active. In this form, it is bioidentical to one of the two active forms found in the body. better absorbed

i have taken this supplement before because it was recommended by the P.A I see with specific instructions to get sublingual because it is absorbed better. These "nuggets" are smaller than a baby aspirin, desolve quickly.

Won't buy again.

These just don't melt in your mouth. After 10 minutes, I chewed them.

Sublingual Vitamin B12

I have really noticed the difference since I began taking this form of Methylcobalamin. I became a vegan about a year ago and found that Vitamin B12 does not survive the digestive track. This form of B12 dissolved under the tong works extremely well.
