Very happy with the purchase of the 12x16 Gazebo and the company Communications before and during delivery were perfect Follow up was equally great Very well made Already added two ceiling fans and electrical outlets to it TV is next Love that the screen and curtain were included

Beautiful Pergola
We recently bought this 12 x 20 gazebo after doing research on multiple companies The gazebo came in six boxes, well package with no damage We had a group of four people that were able to complete the project over the course of two evenings We were amazed at how well everything fit together with absolutely no issues of holes or parts not lining up correctly This is a quality structure and a wonderful addition to a backyard

Everything was packed well and protected Took about 3 1/2 days to put everything together I recommend that you check out the you tube videos for helpful tips and definitely have a second set of hands to help Once up it’s a beautiful place to hang out We’re happy with how it looks and it’s already been through 50 mph winds

Easy build
Went together very easily two people 14 hours Screen is missing connection for one corner, there’s no strap or pin couple screws didn’t quite lineup, all in all really nice, easy to put up

Backyard retreat
I’ve had the 12x16 for almost a year now and have used it continuously despite the UK winters thanks to the purchase of the all weather curtains and a patio heater This has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made I’m 70 years old and I assembled it pretty much on my own with occasional help from my wife to pass components up the stepladder and other such things It took 5 days due to very poor weather but a couple of people could easily manage it in 2 days I watched a YouTube video ahead of my attempt and strongly recommend this It prevents you from making errors that require rework After sales service was excellent friendly and really fast

Do not purchase
Not a permanent structure. Within 6 months of purchasing our aluminum poles bent on a windy day and the gazebo collapsed. Purple Leaf responded that the warranty does not cover weather damage.

It's beautiful Took 4 professional men 1 1/2 days to install It comes with many intricate pieces and you must follow the directions Several of the large frame pieces were bent The guys were able to straighten them out and use them The Texas heat made the metal extremely hot The mosquito net zips and the curtsins are made of thick material to block out the sun and provide privacy Both the net and curtains snap on When decorated it gives the vibes of being in the Caribbean It rained/stormed the day after it was installed a d the water didn't pool on the patio

This Gazebo is nice size, plenty of space for a 6-piece furniture set, very sturdy, beautiful looking and well-constructed. With string lights inside the gazebo, it’s perfect! Awesome relaxing spot for after work. I had a handyman assemble this gazebo and he completed the work in 8 hours as he knew the product very well. I have it secured into the concrete patio. Only wish is that this Gazebo is prewired - bring electricity to the hooks on the top of the gazebo for lights and fan. Overall, a great product, so happy with it so far and highly recommend!

The 12’x16’ sun shelter
I’d say id you have intermediate tool skills, this goes together pretty easily. You have to be able to follow directions, line up lots of parts and get the screws threaded properly. This was basically a one person job with extra hands at a few critical places. The Instructions are all pictorial, with wording. Overall, we are very happy with the end product, we have the 12’x16’ sun shelter. It’s sturdy and attractive.
