Why has Target started selling everything that has to be returned in 30 days now. This dress is hideous and can’t be returned. Material is terrible. Fit is terrible. Two dresses, both suck and both can’t be returned because I’ve missed the 30 day window because it’s not actually sold at Target. So freaking lame.
