    Twelve South Rocks!

    I am always impressed by the quality of their products. The ButterFly 2-in-1 MagSafe Charger is such a well made product. When you first hold it, you can tell you are holding an item of significance. This is not only well designed but it is also small and convenient. I have several chargers but this one is the best!

    Defective

    Would be a great product if it worked. Within one week it stopped charging my iPhone, although the Apple Watch continued charging on its dock. Unreliable product would not buy again.

    One minor issue. The magnet makes it hard to open .since there is no small lip to grasp and open the device so you can charge 2 items. Once you have it open it works fine. A perfect travel companion.

    Other than there being no lip on the two halves to give you something to use as leverage to open the device it’s a great compact travel device.

    manufacturing defect

    I like Twelve south and think their products are quite innovative. Bought my wife the ButterFly 2-in-1 charger. Less than two weeks after I gave it to her, it fell apart as she was pulling her phone off the charger. Great warranty and quick response from support which I really appreciate. Manufacturing defects happen so bravo to twelve south for taking care of the customer when those problems occur.

    Very useful travel companion.

    This is a great travel companion. I love that it is USB-C, which helps to reduce the number of cables that I have to carry with me. The magnets are mighty! This feels like a really good quality product. My only regret is how thick it is. When I travel, I try to be as light and slim as possible. This charger is thicker than I had hoped it would be.

    Really good product for traveling!
