Description

About the Book

The ability to exert effort has never been the real problem of human beings. Every child improves after completing something difficult, and can feel satisfaction. The problem lies in how to find the strength to start and the strength to persist in what they want. This book explains how to start, how to push ourselves when we have to do something complicated or that makes us doubt our ability to achieve it, and how to persevere in that effort until we get it. A practical manual with examples and exercises that give the necessary strength to reach goals. The help of parents and educators who assist children and adolescents is the key. To push them and teach them how to look for and find their own willpower for the beginning and the journey is a necessary art. One of the most important things we can teach this generation: the art of doing more difficult things, not only without fear of effort, but making it their ally."--
