I am very happy with my new glasses. I got some “computer” glasses. It is a game changer. I was having difficulty seeing the computer clearly. These glasses are medium vision. I see near without glasses, far with my everyday glasses and computer medium with my new glasses from Target optical. The only issue is remembering to put my regular glasses on when I get up from my desk. But I’m getting better at remembering.

Bought these glasses as they were just so cute. But they won't stay on my face. They constantly slide down my nose, even after tightening them to the tightest the screw will go. Looking further, the left arm sits WAY far out father then the right. I didn't but the expensive warranty, so I'm stuck with them. Will definitely get my eye exam done at target, but no longer getting my glasses there :/

I was pleased with the glasses until they kept falling off today. I now have scratches on the lens.

The customer service is excellent which is why I will continue to return to Target Optical. However, I have a tricky Rx and I have glasses I can't fully use after months of going back and forth and tweaking the information. I finally gave up. But overall the service has been really good and I do recommend them.

I was able to explain the issues I was experiencing with my eye sight and them understand and correct it. The frames are so super cute and stylish.

I bought bifocals but still can’t see out of reading part. I have to change them to separate sets of glasses

Ordered standard plain line bifocals. Glasses came in as trifocals. Had to get new lenses. When new lenses came in, the bifocal lenses were out of place and too low. The store is closed until the end of April. I am having a difficult time reading. not happy at all.

Great glasses , great service for size and fit. I had my prescription with me ( from different doctor) and there wasn't a problem with the gentleman verifying my insurance coverage and showing me different costs for various services. I really wish i remembered his name, he went above and beyond. Being cheap i went with everything except anti glare and transition, well that was a mistake on the anti glare, I work at night also and didn't realize anti glare was sooo necessary for car lights. No problem the gentleman let me know i could get that added whenever i wanted ( for small additional fee of course, worth it) i love my glasses and the only problem is a common one ( which drives us to contacts) they slide down my nose, but i can and will get them tighten. Now about picking up my glasses, i didn't call ahead so of course i arrived after the young lady had gone to lunch, again no problem, she arrived , checked the fit, vision, my satisfaction and we were done. This was my first experience with Target Optical, i went online for a company that accepted my insurance and could get my glasses to me as quick as possible, Target excelled in every way. If you need a eye exam, again ,no problem, they have eye doctors also. Target is my new eye wear place, oh and if you do have to wait for the shop to open ,the pharmacy has a bench where you can wait, that's helpful, if like me you rode the bus, which is conveniently located across the street.

I have had my glasses now for 2 months. I love the look but the frame is designed for a littler head. I have had them adjusted 2 times now but because they are a little too small they will continue to need adjustments. However, the customer service has been awesome. The cost of the glasses fit my budget and the speed of the process was great.

I just love the progressive lens sunglasses helps from getting headaches from the sun when it’s extra bright.

never again paid so much and they were supposed to have the scratch protection and their all scratched from the inside and im very careful when it come to my glases horrible

they added bifocal without my knowledge or approval

I bought my glasses about 2 months ago. Love the frames. Got lots of compliments. But the lens are already stracthed even though I got scratch resistant lens. But other then that love my new pair of glasses
