According to our specifications, the sail itself includes stainless steel corner “delta” or D‑rings, but the mounting hardware (e.g., turnbuckles, snap hooks, pad eyes) typically isn’t included unless ordered as part of a dedicated hardware kit. Accessories, including installation hardware, are sold separately. I completely understand how this can feel misleading if the documentation suggests multiple attachment options like S‑hooks without clarifying they're extras. Our shade sails are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with mono‑yarn knitting technology, designed to block up to 95% of UV rays while remaining breathable and weather-resistant. Although this ensures functionality and longevity, the fabric can appear textured or rustic—sometimes described as “straw-like.” I’m sorry that the look didn’t match your aesthetic expectations.
