Flattend it and measured extended sides and it came to 3 1/2". Also not very full/thick/fluffy. Returned.

Beautiful but not 12’
The garland is really pretty but it’s not 12’ long is 11’ that was disappointing, other than that is pretty. I ordered two and both are less than 12’ ☹️
