It fits a Naturpedic crib mattress perfectly. I've washed it as directed once; no pilling or tears, so that's good. It feels warm for the winter season as opposed to percale/sateen, which is nice for baby (or anyone for that matter!). Not as soft as my Lands' End flannel sheets, so I gave 4 stars because it could be a bit softer, but it's not too stiff or rough that it'd be uncomfortable.
