Description
The Sportime Yellow Inflatable Ball has a high-tactile surface, making it easy to hold and catch. Balls can be used for juggling, paddleball activities, baseball, softball, hand exercises, and more. Measures 4 inches. Each is made from a seam-free rotational molding process to ensure surfaces do not peel or breakdown over time. A standard athletic valve in the ball allows you to adjust the size, bounce, and resistance for each ball as you please. The product is latex-free for individuals with latex allergies. Please note: This ball is packaged and shipped inflated. For a firmer ball inflate by inserting a moistened pump needle (not included, Item # 087922) and fill to desired firmness (3-5 lbs). To adjust firmness, insert the needle to let out air to desired firmness or deflate completely.

These 4” All Balls are like gold! I use them personally and show every client in my Myofascial Release Therapy practice how to use them for whole body relief! Buy the 12-pack and put one in the car, soda, bed, desk and to your best friend! 😉

Best ball for self treatment
For self myofascial release, the 4" all-ball is perfect. it's a great travel size and you can inflate/deflate to suit your needs.
