The foot of these socks fits well and is fairly plush. But the and around the ankle is incredibly tight. If you have smaller legs/ankles they might be okay but there is no stretch in the top cuff. I never have this problem with other socks of the same length.

I've bought this same sock package from Hanes for many years because I wear them almost every day. The socks in the package I recently purchased are made much smaller than they used to be. If your foot is on the middle-to-larger size of the range of 5-9, they won't fit comfortably. Get something else. If your foot is on the smaller side, will probably be OK. The socks themselves are OK, just smaller.

I like these socks. They are very soft, hold up well after washing, and have nice cushioning. The length of the foot part is great, which is something I tend to struggle with having small feet. That said, I am super thin with very thin calves and ankles and these socks feel tight on my legs. I have to fold them down otherwise they leave marks on my skin. Anyone with average size legs is probably going to find these very uncomfortable.

The sock itself is comfortable, kept my feet warm, and dry. I did not like that they were a bit snug around the leg, and that is considering that I have skinny legs. If you have a large calf, then these will not work for you. Even with my skinny legs these were snug and left indentations in my legs. I will be wearing with pants so it's not that big of a deal.
