I bought 2 pendants, but they don’t match. The shape , design and color are perfect but one shade is translucent the other opaque. A new shade is being sent out but will it match???

Ordered 3 of them to hang over our butcher block and sink. Upon receipt I inspected them and, with great disappointment, immediately noticed they do not look at all like the fixture I ordered, as illustrated on your website. Thus, I must return them as they do not fit the color scheme. Also, while they are supposed to be identical, they are each a different size. Overall this appeared to be the work of amateurs, particularly since these types of fixtures are often used in groups, as I was planning to do.
